Chef Austin Fleming
13 years experience in a variety of kitchens and an overall love for all things food. Started cooking at a young age with family and it was something I always enjoyed. Love the diversity in our kitchen at Huckleberry and the passion for great service our chefs all bring to our kitchen. After taking a break from cooking Huckleberry was just the concept I needed to reignite my passion for serving great food to great people.
GM Laura Horner
Laura has been a Nashville native since 2013 and has nearly twelve years of experience in the hospitality industry, seven of those years in management. She got her start at a brewery in Franklin, TN and has since then managed multiple concepts in the Nashville area. Laura has a passion for food and beverage because of the way it brings people together. Her favorite beer at Huckleberry is our Tart Ale, and her favorite food item is our 2 Gouda Bee Tru Burger. When she’s not running the show at the brewery, she is probably traveling to another country, enjoying live music, or hanging out with her pup, Kody.
Mat Lumm - Head Brewer
The bar/restaurant industry has always appealed to me and most of the jobs I had held since being legal age to work, were in bars and restaurants. I had developed a love for cooking food at a young age and I envisioned my career path potentially becoming something like an executive chef or a restauranteur. The ability to make a decent living by possibly creating a business, or crafting products literally with my own two hands seemed more and more attractive as time went on.
